Work Package 4: Educational Implementation and Market-Aligned Micro-credentials
While earlier phases focus on exploring and testing AI tools, Work Package 4 (WP4) ensures these innovations are practically implemented and firmly grounded in the realities of the modern labor market. Here, we bridge the gap between innovative education and the needs of the business world.
Our activities in WP4 are designed to deliver finalized content and recognized qualifications. Key tasks include:
Enriching Educational Content: We are delivering finalized, highly relevant input for AI-enhanced lesson plans and modules to be hosted on our Learning Management System (LMS). This content is specifically tailored to meet the distinct needs of VET, HE, and business-related education.
Integrating AI into Methodologies: We are actively contributing practical, ready-to-deploy resources for educators. This includes actionable examples of AI tools, effective prompt libraries, and strategies for seamless LMS integration, ensuring teachers have everything they need to upgrade their methodologies.
Developing a Targeted Micro-credential: To directly support lifelong learning and employability, we are co-developing a specialized micro-credential (a focused short course). This credential is strategically designed to align with local labor-market demands, using Cyprus as a primary contextual model.
Industry Validation and Feedback: Education must hold real-world value. Before finalizing the micro-credential, we are rigorously validating it in collaboration with local companies and key stakeholders. By collecting their feedback, we ensure the course is not only relevant but also officially recognized and valued by potential employers.
Through WP4, the SAGE project guarantees that our AI educational solutions are not only technologically advanced but also directly contribute to career readiness and market-aligned skills.
