Work Package 5: Community Engagement, Communication, and Dissemination

The best educational tools are only effective if they reach the people who need them. Work Package 5 (WP5) is dedicated to sharing the SAGE project’s outcomes, building an active community of forward-thinking educators, and ensuring our AI solutions make a broad and lasting impact.

Our activities in this final phase focus on transparent communication, knowledge sharing, and direct engagement with our target audiences. Key initiatives include:

• Active Digital Presence: We are maintaining a steady flow of updates across social media platforms to keep our community engaged. This includes regular insights shared on Facebook and Instagram, alongside professional LinkedIn posts that highlight crucial project milestones and achievements from our core development phases (WP2-WP4).

• Project Newsletters: To provide deeper insights into our progress, methodologies, and upcoming opportunities, we are preparing and publishing dedicated, regular newsletters for our network and the broader educational sector.

• Podcasting on AI (M.AI.KERS): We are taking our message to the airwaves. The SAGE project will actively contribute to the M.AI.KERS podcast by providing expert input, guest speakers, and compelling topics focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence and modern education.

• National and Local Workshops: We believe in the power of face-to-face interaction. We are organizing dedicated workshops to present our final project results directly to the community. Each workshop is designed to gather a minimum of 20 key stakeholders, teachers, and trainers for hands-on exploration of our tools.

• Evaluating Community Impact: We are committed to continuous learning. During our events and workshops, we will actively collect feedback and surveys from participants. This valuable input will be carefully analyzed to evaluate our impact and guide future post-project initiatives.
