Work Package 3: From Theory to Practice – Designing and Piloting AI-Enriched Scenarios

While WP2 builds our methodological foundations, Work Package 3 (WP3) is where these concepts come to life. In this phase, we translate theoretical knowledge into practical, ready-to-use educational experiences. Our goal is to design, develop, and rigorously test AI-enhanced teaching frameworks that educators can confidently bring into their classrooms.

To ensure the highest quality and practical relevance, our WP3 activities focus on:

• Developing Targeted Learning Scenarios: We are designing specialized, AI-enriched teaching and learning scenarios tailored to specific profile areas, including Higher Education (HE), Vocational Education and Training (VET), and business-related contexts. To achieve the best results, partners provide continuous bi- and trilateral technical AI support during the creation process.

• Creating Actionable Lesson Plans: We don’t stop at general concepts. We are translating our scenarios into detailed lesson plans complete with clear structures, defined learning goals, specific AI tool recommendations, and assessment methods.

• Producing Multimedia Tutorials: To make implementation as smooth as possible, we are producing engaging learning videos and tutorials. Guided by expert media-pedagogical advice, these videos visually demonstrate exactly how to use AI tools within the developed scenarios.

• Hands-on Pre-testing and Piloting: Theory must be proven in practice. Before rolling out our resources, we are organizing extensive pre-testing and piloting sessions directly with educators and trainers to see how these scenarios perform in real educational settings.

• Evaluating and Refining: We listen to our users. Following the pilot phase, we will prepare comprehensive testing reports detailing our findings and conclusions. This feedback loop allows us to implement necessary improvements and ensure our AI scenarios are highly effective and user-friendly.

By the end of WP3, the SAGE project will deliver validated, field-tested educational scenarios, proving that AI can be a reliable and transformative partner in everyday teaching.
