Economics Day: 11th Edition

For the eleventh time, students in the first and second years of the Economics, Accounting, and Trade technical programs had the opportunity to discover that „everyone who deals with economics is an economist.” On Tuesday, April 28, through fun and creative activities rather than traditional academic methods, the youth gained knowledge and skills highly valued in the 21st-century labor market.

Working in groups, they solved crosswords, built towers out of pasta, and tackled various puzzles. The goal was to prove that a good economist possesses not only theoretical knowledge but also teamwork skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Selected classes also attended a lecture by Dr. Ewa Wójcik, a researcher from the University of Economics in Katowice, titled: „What will give you an edge in the future? Thinking, decisions, and success in the 21st century.”
